They're able to find everything and explain it. I really don't have to do anything, just send in my payments and then they handle everything else. Just do the research, ask questions, and get clarification on everything.
The process was kind of long and confusing for a 66 year old. I don't have a computer or internet so part of it was difficult
I'm optimistic. The customer service has been great so far. It seems so far like a feasible option. My circumstances are my own but if for those who qualify I say do it. The representatives I've come across walk me through a process and explain things to me multiple times every time I have a question. He was very informative, answered my questions fully, and tried to reassure me to the best of his ability and he was very clear about what was going to happen.
They're prompt and professional. Just ask as many questions up front as you need to to get all the info you need. Would have been nice to know that canceling the credit card accounts would affect the credit score, I didn't know that going into it.
So far everything is okay. I like everything I'm seeing.
