The person that I talked to was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything and he has called to check on things. Seems very helpful but I mean it's going to be months before I see any results.

They could do more communicationwise on what's going on throughout the loan process. Your credit will like go down a little bit but eventually it will go back up. They really fixed the process of getting out of debt. Sometimes it's hard to reach them

Advice: Start earlier.Its important to have really clear expectations from the beginning and clearly communicate it. I'm just really happy that they also were pretty flexible with me and worked with my schedule and payment. As long as you're transparent with them its a really, really great company. I felt like I got really personalized service and support and a lot of patience. Irene helped me with it all.
They really did what they promised to do. There is somebody picking up the phone every time I called and helped with my concern.
