Answering her phone calls and updates of information could be a little smoother. I would definitely recommend Americor just because they kind of let it all out on the table. I'm still new to the program, but they give me updates and then inform me before the next payment is due and just keep me up to date with emails and phone calls is out there showing on my account. They did do everything they can to assess any issue that I had and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
It gives you peace of mind. They can help consolidate debt. They do a good job. I find it difficult to trust but I trust them.
I believe that most of what I've expected from the programs exceeded my expectations and the timing that was from all things that I didn't recognize what happened but for the most part I was pleased with the outcome.

The gentleman that helped me really knew everything that he needed to explain to me and any question that I had he answered. The process is pretty simple and pretty explanatory when he explained it.
