customer service is great and the app very helpful
For me it's the best debt relief program that they have and if I would have to use it again (hopefully never) but if I did I would go back. My experience with them was very good. Whatever questions I have they answer and they explain very well how they work. They make you feel very welcome.

They where extremely helpful getting me out of my debt , it was a bit of a process with all the court summons but was a smooth ride with few complications

They are very prompt if you ask for a phone call back they return your call and keep track of things too. I had a couple of surprises that I wasn't quite expecting, so you wanna ask as many questions as you can when you start. Certainly you don't want to get in surprises, my credit score was expected to fall, but it's a little further than I expected. They did exactly what they told me they could do. They're always prompt with answers and very precise with their answers.
