I've never had a problem, everytime I asked a question it was answered very fast. It was easy, simple and straight to the point. Everything was pretty self explanatory. They did a very good job explaining everything that was going to happen and when it was going to happen, there was no miscommunication
I'm not too far into the program, but they've been friendly and convenient so far.
They were really good at first but then quit communicating after that. They helped me get out of debt.
So far its been working, but if they could bring the fees down and add that into what is being paid on the credit cards to get the credit cards down quicker that would be helpful and it would be helpful if they could really simplify the explanation.
Easy to work with. Helps you stay on a budget.

Any questions I had they answered them and when I cancel services with them they gave me any push back, they just did what I asked.
