So far so great. Chris did a really good job explaining the process and everything that comes with it. It is quite nerve wrecking not paying my bills but o know the rainbow is at the end.

The debt reduction program worked well for me
I felt very pressured into it, and it makes total financial sense for me to actually start the program, but I did under pressure. Then it was difficult to terminate.
Americor did exactly what they said they would. They were informative and easy to deal with. The only reason I don't rate them a 5 is because no one is perfect. I would advise anyone considering debt settlement to look very closely at the fees. They are (in my opinion) a bit high. But, you get the convenience of not having to deal with the negotiations.
The whole experience so far has been very smooth. I've been kept abreast of all transactions and the web site is very helpful.

When it came to me saving more money they could have worked harder when negociating. I essentially ended up taking the credit 9 loan and bareley saving any money
Most of the time customer service was good and quick. They helped me out.
