I think overall Americor has been very professional and courteous with me, and have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide useful information. The reason I am rating them a 4 instead of a 5 has more to do with the whole industry and process of debt consolidation, because I feel like I had to really press and ask difficult questions to get the full picture. They always answer my calls and I get good feedback. Everything has been smooth. I get along. It was good they paid off my debt. It was a good experience. It a trustworthy situation. The time it took was reasonable.
Their service is really good, however I did not fully understand how big of a fee was involved. I should have asked more questions
When I called them that was just such a wonderful person to talk to. I don't know her last name but she was awesome and she really helped me through. It's tough being sick and but just her mannerism and the compassion. I think they're doing everything awesome. And they're there anytime you need them. They work through everything, they're very explanatory yes.
They're very good at making sure that the client understands every detail of what they're explaining and making sure they know what to do. It's a good company to go to. They were very good and quick with their stuff. They explained everything that I needed to know thoroughly and were very patient.
Most of the time customer service was good and quick. They helped me out.
It's been pretty good. I don't like how they communicate with email because I don't use email. It is inconvenient and I would rather communicate over text or through the mail.
They provided me with good service and I'm very happy with it.
They did a really good job, they communicated really well and anytime they were able to make a deal with the company they let me know right away. A lot of the accounts that I had put through with them ended up getting closed which was not best way to do it but it does work now
