So far we’ve been very pleased. It’s been a wonderful experience. They were very professional. All of our needs were tended to. He was very quick with his answers, which shows his professionalism and knowledge of the program. It is a great program. It helps people track down their debt situation and see a positive light at the end. There is constant communication.
I hope it helps me improve my credit score. All my questions are answered clearly anytime I call even at night. I respect that very much.

The process is pretty easy. Everyone's very attentive and answer all of your questions.
Answering her phone calls and updates of information could be a little smoother. I would definitely recommend Americor just because they kind of let it all out on the table. I'm still new to the program, but they give me updates and then inform me before the next payment is due and just keep me up to date with emails and phone calls is out there showing on my account. They did do everything they can to assess any issue that I had and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
