A few times they have contacted me to follow up which is really good. They have bee excellent. Customer service is excellent. They know what they are going. I am extremely satisfied that I chose them to help me through this.
They are very prompt if you ask for a phone call back they return your call and keep track of things too. I had a couple of surprises that I wasn't quite expecting, so you wanna ask as many questions as you can when you start. Certainly you don't want to get in surprises, my credit score was expected to fall, but it's a little further than I expected. They did exactly what they told me they could do. They're always prompt with answers and very precise with their answers.
They answered my questions for me in a timely manner and they handled everything so I didn't have to. My effort was minimal they just took care of everything.They have all my creditors and consolidated everything and negotiated with my creditors to about half of what they originally were so that reduced my overall cost.
The person I talked to originally was so great, very helpful and I like talking to her. She's just very, very pleasant and very helpful. I felt a lot better when I got off the phone.
It's been a good experience. Its the only company I've dealt with.

Americor seems like a great solutions people that need to get ahead of debts. We've just started with them so I don't really have anything bad to say. They were friendly and helpful and answered any questions.
I felt very pressured into it, and it makes total financial sense for me to actually start the program, but I did under pressure. Then it was difficult to terminate.
