The process was kind of long and confusing for a 66 year old. I don't have a computer or internet so part of it was difficult
They were very attentive and they were helping me with my debt. They cut my debt down from four years to two and a half years so they're doing great. They seem to be trustworthy
They are very committed, they kept in touch when anything changed in the account. There was ups and downs I was actually pleased and it was overall satisfying.
Ask for some cease to communicate forms 3 weeks ago and still don't have them. I contacted Alexis and she finally got them to send some. She is a pleasure to work with.
Everybody was courteous make sure that they cover everybody so they could be covered. I feel confident with them.
