I think they have really good customer service. The service was good. They were very knowledgeable about the product they are selling.
They were really there for me. They were very forthcoming and helpful and polite.
My advice is to just go ahead and do it because it does make a difference. I've got numbers and people to call if I need to call or have any questions, but everything's been going very well. They answered all my questions when I did have some and and they were knowledgeable and helpful.
I just signed up not too long ago. Too early to say if this all works out for me. The representative that I dealt with should have the same engagement after I signed up and I don't think it's the same. They were very engaged before, called me to set up appointments. There was a lot of transparency but since I signed its pretty hard to get in touch with them.
They are always calling me and reminding me everything I need to do step by step. They are doing a good job.
Jennifer talked to me like she was a friend. They have never made me feel embarrassed or that I am doing anything wrong. They guided me and my husband threw the process and we were well informed every step of the way.
My experience with Americor has been great. The rep that I spoke with gave detailed information and explained the program. Americor is a great company.
Overall I am very pleased with Americor and the process. They saved me a significant amount of money overall. My only negative feedback would be that due to their process I ended up owing MORE on one of my debts enrolled with them. Doesn't make much sense to me to owe MORE to settle that what I started with.
They were very attentive, very persistent and very helpful in answering questions. Americor was able to get me going to get out of debt and I didn't have any issues, everything's fine. This was not a scam, they do a great job, but be wary of others. This one I was very happy with.
