Good customer service but not timely to avoid lawsuit over one account
The service is amazing. The monthly payment I am making is almost the same amount I was making with the companies.

They were not completely upfront. We were not advised that before they could proceed, we had to be deliquent or behind in our debt. And it would take up to 6 or 7 months before they would start paying.
I haven't had a problem. It was very good because he sat and explained everything to us and send us all our paperwork and everything, he was very helpful. His name was Admir.
The customer service person was very courteous and explained everything to me fine.
