They were able to bring the sunshine back into my life and walked me through every step of the way
It wasn't as transparent as I thought that it was going to be but after I got to know the system how it works it was good. They explained everything to me when I asked questions. It brought my credit rating down and that is trying to go back up now but it was very very poor for over a year almost a year.
It just makes everything very easy to work with. They were just very concerned to get things taken care of for me.
Customer service is very attentive and every time I feel taken care of, so overall great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very good follow up.
