I know nothing about americor and they explained it all to me and offered their help if i needed more guidance pertaining to the process so they did very good.

Very very thorough. Everybody that works together has called me and and help me out with answered any question I had. The gentleman that is taking over my case has been ready to call me, he's available anytime I need him, if I send him an email he answers very quickly and has information and whatever else I may need. They were very honest and upfront with me and explained to me exactly what I needed to do as far as getting in contact with the credit card companies. I believe that's trustworthy. So far they have done a lot and reached out to me. The person that called me was very efficient very thorough however the date I'd set for my payment to come out all the sudden they were wrong and they took the payment before they were supposed to and it left my bank account overdrawn.
