Great customer service, very professional and detailed

Communication was great. They were always responsive when I needed. Everything was pretty clear when I signed up. Everything has worked out pretty good. It is work with. They are pretty professional.

It's been a short journey but was very nice. Don't be afraid to ask questions because a knowledgeable company will find the answers or have the answers. And americor was able to do that for us. Super knowledgeable, very friendly, understanding, even though this is a scary process. They had all the answers to our questions and was willing to reassure us.
I would recommend them. They were able to help me. They took of everything when I got a letter that I had to go to court. They were there for me when I reached out for them.
They got everything paid off sooner than they said. I found support to be very informational. I would tell people to use it.
I was pretty happy with their responses, their timeliness. They really do have good customer service so I appreciated that. They they jumped in to help me out, made sure that I understood what they were doing all along the way. There was one creditor that took a lot longer than what I had anticipated but I don't think that that was their fault. They took care of all of my accounts and made sure that they got the best settlement that they could in the shortest amount of time that they could.
