My representative was wonderful. Very kind, non judgemental, and fun to talk to.
Because I was keeping in contact about the accounts I have that would not allow me to continue with my account. So I had to have it closed and I have to wait until 30 days to reapply so that I don't have to pay over $500 in "missed" payments
