They need to just give a little more information at the beginning about credit. It took a little longer than I expected but they still did a good job. Everytime that I needed answers or had questions they were right there.
The customer service was always good and helped me with any questions I had and took care of things quickly. It was a good experience and helped me get things settled and paid off so that's what counts. I would say that was a good thing except for the fees were very high.
I haven't been with this very long but so far I have had no problems. They've helped me and talked me through it because I'm still learning. Eeverybody was really good help me out.
They have been very helpful with explaining how to get my debt under control as well as providing a low payment rate for me.

I think they are doing a great job. They are giving people hope and that's what we need, especially in this time, hope and to find a company that actually cares about the customers and one that is fast for the customers. I can sleep better now knowing that my financial situation is going to be a lot better than it was a week ago and it gives me a lot of peace of mind.
So far everything is okay. I like everything I'm seeing.
