First contacted them right after I lost my husband and they were very helpful and seem concerned. There was a little bit of confusion when the process started.

Any time I had a question I was able to get a hold of someone and they were able to answer my questions and they thoroughly explained the process and what was going on. I look up to Americor. I've actually already recommended them to a couple of friend. They have good customer service. Like I said, any time I had a question or any time I needed to call I was able to get through or someone would call me back right away and answer my questions.
I appreciate the level of professionalism in this industry. I think customer service is great. It is a great option. It was very transparent They were really helpful. Everything was clearly outlines and very smooth.
I have been very satisfied with Americor. The lady who helped me was very helpful and helped with all of my questions. This company is worth a shot if you are trying to get out of debt. I would definitely encourage anybody to try it.

Every time I need something done, they are there quickly. I am almost all the way through it. I should have taken a little more time beforehand to understand it better. It was all in writing. It has gone how they said. They weren’t very flexible with payment dates. I really had to pay the day before the end of the month to make the payment on the first. It is a very rigid structure.
