Everything was explained to me properly. All my questions have been answered. Everyone was nice and informative. I felt comfortable with them. Everything was done in a timely manner. There is a lot of paperwork the customer has to handle. I thought they would handle getting in touch with the credit card companies for me. I was not happy with how they handled things.

They're very helpful in explaining everything. They help me to get out of this debt that we're in right now and they made a very good job. I don't really know how it works, but it seems like it would be a good idea for people that have a debt problem.
Whenever I had to call them they were very responsive and wait times were not that long.
It would be nice if you only worked with one or two people but they helped us and walked us through it.
The process overall has been smooth sailing.
