They were not completely upfront. We were not advised that before they could proceed, we had to be deliquent or behind in our debt. And it would take up to 6 or 7 months before they would start paying.
They were very transparent. There was no hidden fees or hidden agenda. They were great, they were super helpful and I'm super confident that financially I'll be back on the right track. They were very efficient, answered all my question, they always make sure that I understood what they were saying.
Easy and helped eleminate debt. Fees are high though!
I think the customer service representatives are outstanding. But when I enrolled, they weren't completely forthcoming about how the whole process works. I think they left some things out of the conversation about how you build up your bank account.
I would love if they extended their services to cover other types of loans and debt. Also it would be nice if there was a personal agent that helped you with all your money needs. I felt comfortable with them. They helped me. It was a great experience.
They said what they were going to do and it happened in a timely manner. You have to trust the process. It may take a little bit of time, but they do a deliver results.
I feel very good with the connection I have with Americor. They were a pretty good choice.
I recommend them to everyone in the world. They are pretty informative. They are going to pay off your debt. I am happy I found them.
