I have a slight problem with the company. I am still getting messages from a company asking for payment. Other than that it is real good. They explained to me what was going on and how it would work and everything. My calls are returned within a matter of minutes.
They're very knowledgeable on what they're doing and very helpful and they always have patience with the costumer.
Very professional and very on time with call back and response and all of that.
All my questions were answered.They just took over everything and everything's going to be taken care of.

There was continuous communication between myself and Americor and the people that helped me out. They are very good at communicating and getting organized. They're very on point and trustworthy.
The receptionist working with me was excellent. Everything has been great. My advice is to call Americor, they are on top of it and the best company I have ever dealt with.
They were not completely upfront. We were not advised that before they could proceed, we had to be deliquent or behind in our debt. And it would take up to 6 or 7 months before they would start paying.
They were very transparent. There was no hidden fees or hidden agenda. They were great, they were super helpful and I'm super confident that financially I'll be back on the right track. They were very efficient, answered all my question, they always make sure that I understood what they were saying.
