All of the people are great and they will follow up with your information and task. They are very clear about what they do and the information I was given was thorough. Overall great experience.
They are willing to really walk with you to help you get to where you need to be when it comes to daily and monthly payments.
They always responded when I contacted them but I didn't feel like they gave me helpful answers. The negotiation process wasn't great. Americor serves its purpose though, it got us where we needed to be. They should warn people that when you get to the line of credit you're going to have a huge interest rate, even more than your credit cards.
Please consider Americor. It stars well. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and very informative and knowledgeable and patient getting me information. It is all around good customer service.
