I've worked really hard to get my credit rating where it was and then through fault of my own I need to improve it. They're doing the job that they're supposed to be doing.
Try it now if you need to try it. Staff is friendly. They were not judgmental. They were great.
I just wish they were a little more transparent about what they are doing.
