They were very efficient as well as helping me and explaining things to me. I have recommended them to someone that other seniors and people that I know they could use that help. Everybody was really responsive and pleasant. I had a good experience with them. I had a problem with setting up my account, so I kept getting emails to set up my account and then when I went to do so I was getting a technical error code so I have not been able to set up my account there's a glitch there. They were very forthcoming and answered my questions.
Customer service goes into great detail to explain everything clearly so I understand. There could be more information on the status of my account. I haven’t heard much since the being. They still have a really good reputation.
All my questions were answer. They were timely and respectful. I am still early in the process but I would recommend them.
