Manager very rude . As soon as I wanted to cancel he made comments that's crossed the line very personal comments
NOthing has happened. I told the account that they could get better than a 50% discount and that was not acknowledged

I don't understand why I can't give my creditors Americor phone number so they can take these constant calls for payment
I started out with almost perfect credit and was under the assumption that I was consolidating. a few bills. When I signed up I told the gentleman to start withdrawaling my payments right away so I wouldn't get behind. In my bills. Now I can't even answer my phone from bill collectors calling all day everyday, and my credit is ruined. I have to stay in the program now because they have gotten me so far behind that I can't catch up now, but I'm still making my payments to the program faithfully.
I disliked that every time called into Americor cause of anxiety u never received straight answer. li got t one settlement and my part 6$$.00. I wasn’t told that my fee was going be over 700.00. When I found it wasn’t titled nothing. I called in the person knew nothing I was asking. she didn’t know. Then days later it was titled. Cancelled this service within 48 hours due to circumstances beyond my control, and had this company deduct money from my account after I cancelled 3 weeks prior
They know how to sell, but I stopped paying since no feedback on if collections made
