They're started taking my money out already and now I don't understand why. They were supposed to call yesterday and I've never gotten a return call. I would recommend you make sure to understand what they do before you get invested in it

I've been a customer for 5 months. I read on your Facebook page people get resolutions after 3 months, 4 months. I just keep getting harassing phone calls from creditors, yet your emails tell me you haven't started negotiating yet because enough time hasn't passed. I guess ask me in 9mos what my opinion is
It has been 4 months of payments and no action or request for power of attorney
After agreeing to the plan I have received several written welcome messages but, nothing on my situation
I was lied to. I was told the $3200 I paid in already would be applied towards my loan to reduce the balance owed. It was used as fees paid to Americor.
No responses from 2 emails I sent. Questioning if this is the right thing for me
My credit score is worse than what it was after they took over my 3 accounts, I was at 729 now it's 18 months later and I'm not even over 620
