I dislike that I am still waiting on my refund to my Bank of America account and I was suppose to receive it on January 6, 2023 and still haven’t received it
They did a great job initially, but they have been trying to contact me to complete my onboarding but only contact me at hours I am working and cannot answer, and when I call back no one answers.
I have already filled this out. I don't know the answers to the questions below. Americor hasn't finished negotiating my debt. I would like to know how much longer I must wait while continuing to pay for this service.

Stay away from Americor they don't have your best interest at heart only there own,it's about making them money under the disguise of supposedly helping you get debt,they have hidden fees which they don't up front and they don't return phone calls,they making you feel like they are on your side but they are not, specifically if they put you in touch with their loan company Credit9, you will end up paying more money with there 27% interest rate on there loans which means you will be paying more money then if you where to just... read more
You were dishonest with me at the beginning of the program and my credit score is not likely to recover anytime soon.
Because there people give you a different story about telling you to talk with your creditors and then you get an email telling not to talk with your creditors so confusing
It's been two months that I've been in the program but I haven't heard from Americor if they are talking to my creditors, I'm a little scared and getting calls and emails, text messages that payments are late. I can't rate any higher until I can visually see that my agent is working on my creditors.
Did not give me FULL discussion of how fees would be applied, in fact no discussion of any fee!!!!
