I had a banking issue with a vendor taking a premature payment that would have caused my RAM payment to put my bank account in the negative and not only was Valerie sensitive to my situation but she was also able to successfully move my payment back three days which was enough to safely remedy the issue. Upon speaking with her she also was nice enough to explain specifics about the Advantage Law app and what state my account is in with my creditors.
