Ireally like how they listen, ask you what are your expectations are,and give you all the imformation that you need and what is expected of you. They let you make your own decision after they explain all the steps and very polite and understanding of you. I am old and can't hear well and they took their time to make sure I understood everything. Thyey gave me all of their names and numbers if i had any questions all i had to do was called. I really appericiate all of them.
Wow the customer service was so excellent making sure I understood everything that I was doing. Walking me through the process and then the service while going through the portal and app was just as amazing.
My payments usually leave me with too little money
I thought I have heard it all from prior Debt Relief Companies. Too many promises but the outcome was not what I anticipated on a timely schedule??? I hope to be debt free and also see an increase on my score finally this time. Transition is so smooth and I can't wait to see the results!!!
