Google reviews (60)Cannot give a review, since I had to keep contacting them in order to get them to come out during hours we were available. We cancelled other plans to meet them, and they were a no show. To be available only mon thru fri from 9 to 3 is not a way to get a customer with an insurance check in hand. Will be looking for a roofer willing and able to work with us.

Angie's List asked me to provide as much detail as possible about the specific work done and my overall experience, including project details and cost - so here goes: The crew chief Gonzalo on monday 2017, and an 18-wheeler with all the roofing materials, showed up a half-hour early to get everything staged for the roofing crew of seven to get started at 7:30 AM. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding work start to finish. From the first conversation to clean up of the last nail, these folks all know their business and they do it very well. Ameritex completed everything efficiently without having to find separate contractors for each repair. Very pleased with quality of materials and workmanship. Entire roof and gutters replaced. Fence repaired, some windows replaced, window beading replaced.
Ameritex did what they signed up to do. In other words, they kept their promises. I had some complications, since I had solar panels on my shed. Ameritex worked with me on a solution for this. This requiried doing my roofing in two stages. They came back for the 2nd part when I was ready. Their flexibility was excellent. Price was fair. And Laurie did all I needed for getting my insurance reimbursement. This was my 2nd roof with them. I'd do a 3rd when I need one.
