I have been very pleased with Amtek from the moment of my first call with them! My serviceman technician, Mike, is excellent and has been very accommodating with my schedule. The office staff is great and is willing to work with you on scheduling appointments that aren't emergencies. I can't say enough about AMTEK and I would highly recommend them. ***** *

On September 23, 2021 had a sales/tech come to the house who gave me a price to replace my A/C complete. We agreed on price on Monday September 27, 2021 the installers arrived on time as indicated. The installers Leo and Heraclio were quick and efficient. Down time was less than 4 hours. Could not be happier. Received everything that was promised. If you are looking for a new system, give AMTEK Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electric a call. You will not be disappointed.

Brandon and AJ did an outstanding job installing a new AC system after taking the old one out. They encountered some unexpected issues and completely fixed them without additional charge! They arrived at the exact time they specified and worked throughout the entire day, which was their day off I might add, and did a fantastic job. They also cleaned up everything afterwards, including wiping up my floors! Amtek charged a very reasonable rate for my new system and the guys explained everything to us. We couldn't be any happier with the product (Lennox) and their work! Awesome!

System started leaking. After shutting it down and using towels to dry everything I called after hours. Phone was promptly answered and they asked if I needed emergency service. I replied no and they could add me for their next opening. Got a call the following morning asking if I was available That turned out to be the first appointment that day. Arrived on schedule was very polite and courteous as usual fixed the problem and there was no charge. I do have a contract. You can't beat their customer service and responsiveness. Did I mention the outside feels like tempt are in the upper 90s. Great company.
