John F Savanna Club PSL Had my semi-annual tune up yesterday 3/11/19. Service tech John F was very knowledgeable and thorough. He had only 1 suggestion of adding a surge protector, which makes sense living in FL .Provided cost of surge protector but there was no hard sell to do it immediately. Very pleased with service. Use Amtek at my rental property also in PSL. Would highly recommend this company.
We own 2 homes, each with an A/C purchased from AMTEK.. They are reliable and dependable. And particularly their emergency, on-call technician, Ms. Danielle Taylor. Our town house is a middle unit joined to 3 other town houses. I would NEVER have been able to find the A/C drain line which was located outside the house and connected to the end unit. Excellent service. Technician was Bryan H. who was promo, courteous, and very informative. He explained everything in detail. I have used Amtek for many years and this is the second residence that I have had service contracts for. Prices are very good and staff very friendly. Tim Ohmart was superb! Fixed all problems w/our AC. Gave great advice as to how we can get the best from our AC. Would recommend him very highly. Great job!
Had maintenance performed on rental property. Told AC is ok but need to purchase some UV air purifier and new run capacitor. Did not agree to buy. Next day renter called to say that AC is running but not cooling. Went to condo several days later (live in different city), opened AC unit and found out that sections of capacitor were disconnected! Please be careful with AMTEK!
Tech named Chris came out to the house. Explained thoroughly what the issue was. They had us up and running in no time. Great experience will call again.
Our AC unit was not operating properly and our landlord has a service contract with Amtek. This time of the year we were surprised how quickly they responded. Tim listened to our problem with the unit and immediately diagnosed the cause of the problem. Tim was great, he stayed while we tried to get in touch with our landlord in order to get the situation resolved and even got us next day installation and if you live in Florida you know important that can be.
