Techs arrived on time. Leo & his partner worked well together & finished the job in a timely fashion.
The finished product was perfect. They cleaned up all debris and seemed to like what they do.
The only thing that I would have liked was to keep the thermostat I had with my old system.
That's why 4 stars. Otherwise I would have given 5.
Bought a new AC unit from Amtec 5 years ago and have used Amtec for service since then. Technician Greg visited me today, Feb. 7 because the system shut down last nite. Greg was on time (in fact a little early) and restored my unit to working condition. This is the second time Greg has visited my house. He may be the best Tech that Amtec has. AMTEK team arrived on time and installation of entire unit went flawlessly. Clean up and install was great and without any mishaps. Quality of work was great. Would highly recommend AMTEK.
My a/c went out. They were there after hours and fixed the problem. Price was fair. So happy to have a/c!!! I would definitely recommend Amtek.
Good inspection of 3 year old units installed by Amtek. Thomas answered my questions and explained several of the test and the results. The new inspection sheets give you a record of the findings so you can compare with future inspections.

The technician was very good. Mike knew what he was doing and checked everything out satisfactorily. I didn't appreciate the $228 charge for the fresh air cell as I wasn't told that it needed replacement after a year or so when I had it installed
