This was my first experience with Amtek. Willie was my service technician and he was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. I feel he did the best service on my unit as he cleaned and checked in a way that had never been done before. I sincerely appreciate the job Willie did, and I trust I will continue to receive the same courteous, efficient service going forward with my contract.
Chris came to perform the 6 month check on our system yesterday. He seems very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and easy to interact with. He explained in detail what he did in servicing our system which I appreciated. If He is available, send Chris out for our next service date.
I was very pleased with Chris. He was extremely helpful, and explained everything in a language I could understand. It's also a plus that the company offers financing.

Willie came out today to check and clean, etc my air conditioner today on a cold call that I would never usually say yes to. I decided to accept the offer and was so happy with Willie's info for me that I decided to take a contract with Amtek. Besides Willie being a good salesperson, he helped me pick which filters I needed, since it was quite obvious that I had allergies, as well as giving me a very small job I have to do that I had forgotten about with my poor a/c. Willie came in and completed a full inspection. He reviewed with my wife and I about a concern, which we were able to discuss further.
