I am completely satisfied with the service that I received recently from Amtex Air Conditioning here in South Florida! Their Service Rep: Bryan Hamann was extremely knowledgeable of air conditioning units, took the time to explain many things about my a.c.'s issues which made me understand the workings of a.c. parts, functions, etc. He addressed every one of my concerns. Each time I've have had a issue with my old a.c., Amtek was there to alleviate the situation. They installed a new unit last year and saved me about 45% on my electrical bill.. I will recommend Allen with Amtek to anyone I know..

I was skeptical at first using a new a/c company, but Ryan was a great worker and was very personable and would recommend Amtek and Ryan. Also I enjoyed having their newer employee Tim out on this tune up.

I would like to say that I really appreciate Ryan finding out that the main issue with my AC running and running was my insulation in the attic. His boss was nice enough to reduce the price so that it was affordable for my monthly budget.

I have had some problems with my air handler on and off for sometime. Usually a ten is here for sometime and has to return several times prior to my problem being resolved. With my lastedt call, Bryan Hamann an Amtrak technician came and my posse was resolved in a timely fashion, very professional and my home was not left in disarray (as it was in the past). Congrats Amtek for having a very conscientious employee and knowledgable tehnician.
