Having done more than a dozen refi's and purchases over the last decade, I can honestly say that Andee Montemorano has been able to provide us with one of the best experiences yet. She is extremely efficient, always available, and most importantly keeps the fire lit under all parties to get even shorter escrows closed on time. I am a first time homebuyer and found Andee through a recommendation from a friend. As a single guy, I had ok finances but I had some dings on my credit record. Long story short...we were suppose to close on 5/15/13, and on the day of I received an unexpected email from my L.O. that he could not get our loan approved, after stating that he got an approval and we were working on conditions. Well, obviously it was never really approved, because when we requested the loan approval beforehand he totally ignored the request and come to find out being approved was never the case. Andee is as responsive and helpful as they come! As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what the process was nor what documents I needed to provide.
