Obtaining a mortgage today is one of the most frustrating experiences you can have. It is a gauntlet of paper work, forms, disclosures and bureaucracy. Andee remained cool while I began to squirm through the cavity search. There was a moment during the process (through no fault of Andee's) that I was ready to just cancel the entire effort. Andee's diligent, firm and calm demeanor is the only reason I persevered. Mortgage Closed!

Andee was so dedicated to us and so patient and always took the time to answer questions. She is the best at getting back to her clients and is very honest and knowledgeable. Andee was absolutely the best person to have in my camp. I had an incredibly drawn out search, negotiation, and closing process, with seller and escrow players detached and unresponsive. Andee was involved, with great follow through, up front about issues, and always my advocate. Will definitely refer friends and will work with her next time.
You will never find a better example of a Loan officer, who is there for you, Andee’a acumen was only matched by her caring and very good follow-up. Getting a loan isn’t always the easiest thing, Andee made it more so. I wouldn’t hesitate to call her again!
