Our experience with Andee was wonderful! She was always available and flexible without schedules and she knew what she was talking about. She helped us out on the purchases of our new home! I’m so happy and more than satisfied with our new purchase. She always tried her best to accommodate us and be available to discuss and address our concerns. I worked with Andee while purchasing my first condo. She was incredibly professional and worked closely with me throughout the entire process. Andee Montemorano was a pleasure to work with. Refinancing is already stressful enough with all of the contracts and numbers crunching, the last thing that's needed is someone who makes everything even more confusing by using aggressive "upselling" tactics. Andee gives whatever information she has available and walks through agreements line by line until you are satisfied. "I don't always refinance mortgages, but when I do, I use Andee Montemorano"

Andee was great and responsive. Always answered our calls promptly. I would recommend her to my friends. I liked that the underwriters and other staff all worked directly with Andee so we didn't feel like we were just pushed off to another company.

Obtaining a mortgage today is one of the most frustrating experiences you can have. It is a gauntlet of paper work, forms, disclosures and bureaucracy. Andee remained cool while I began to squirm through the cavity search. There was a moment during the process (through no fault of Andee's) that I was ready to just cancel the entire effort. Andee's diligent, firm and calm demeanor is the only reason I persevered. Mortgage Closed!
