Refinancing is already stressful enough with all of the contracts and numbers crunching, the last thing that's needed is someone who makes everything even more confusing by using aggressive "upselling" tactics. Obtaining a mortgage today is one of the most frustrating experiences you can have. It is a gauntlet of paper work, forms, disclosures and bureaucracy. Andee remained cool while I began to squirm through the cavity search. There was a moment during the process (through no fault of Andee's) that I was ready to just cancel the entire effort. Andee's diligent, firm and calm demeanor is the only reason I persevered. Mortgage Closed!

Andee was so dedicated to us and so patient and always took the time to answer questions. She is the best at getting back to her clients and is very honest and knowledgeable. We've had conference calls while she was on vacation, when she was at Six Flags with her family and she still works and calls you back at 8pm!!! Andee was absolutely the best person to have in my camp. I had an incredibly drawn out search, negotiation, and closing process, with seller and escrow players detached and unresponsive.
