Andee helped my wife and I refinance our home to pull cash out, and the experience was awesome! She was very helpful throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. She was very helpful in helping us understand our credit scores, rates and how the whole process works. Very knowledgable and we couldn't be happier. We will be using her again to refinance our rental income properties.

Andee has helped me with both a purchase and a refinance. She is everything you would want from a loan / real estate specialist. Super knowledgeable and very personable as well. Whenever I had a question . . . she always had the answer and the solution. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help with any real estate transaction(s). In fact, she recently helped my friend secure a loan for a purchase on a new home. Keep up the good work!!

I had a terrible experience with a refi a few years ago with a major bank so I was very leery of going through that nightmare again as I am in private practice and my own boss. Andee was a breathe of fresh air right from the start. While the underwriter tried to make things difficult Andee took care of me bending over backwards to allow us to close on time. She even got a notary to find me traveling in Northern California to get my final signatures. I recommend her without reservations!!

I have always been reluctant to refinance my home on-line and really preferred a more personal experience with a live person that I can sit and talk with. I have to say that my experience with Andee Montemorano was great! She listened to my needs and what I was trying to accomplish and offered the best way to go about my refinance. She outlined what was needed from me and made herself available whenever I had questions. I relied on her experience and knowledge and I couldn't be happier - A big THANK YOU to Andee!

We worked with Andee both on the original purchase loan for our home and then again to refinance. After we had some issues with our original lender and things were looking to fall through days before our closing, Andee stepped in and helped us line up financing at a good rate with terms that were agreeable for us and she turned it around very quickly so the deal didn't fall through.
