We worked with Andee both on the original purchase loan for our home and then again to refinance. After we had some issues with our original lender and things were looking to fall through days before our closing, Andee stepped in and helped us line up financing at a good rate with terms that were agreeable for us and she turned it around very quickly so the deal didn't fall through. Andee has been responsive and helpful. She has walked me through different scenarios and checked the rate weekly for the best rate for my situation. No sudden surprise hidden fee, she has been up front and honest throughout the whole process. I do plan on switching to VA loan in the near future and i will utilize her expertise when I do for sure. She is one of the people that, at the end of the day when the business is over, you are glad that you did business with.
