From the very beginning Andes roofing went above and beyond my expectations. After the 2023 wind storm I called several places to come inspect my damaged roof. All of which placed me weeks out, but not Andes. Deb their customer service rep, assured me that they would take care of my problems. I want to start by saying I do not get any money for my review. Hire Andes for your roof. Alex (Sales) Prior to getting on the roof, he ran a drone talking to me about the damage he saw from the air. He took 150+ arial photos he emailed right to me. Unrealized perks: The drone pictures expedited the insurance claim; I have arial footage of my property. Andes completed new roof in a timely and professional manner they cleaned the yard and kept me informed every step of the process. My salesperson was Ethan Andes. He was so easy to work with. He didn't just come by take and quick look and leave. He really inspected the roof and covered the spots he thought might cause problems during rainy days. Out of 4 roofers, he was the only person to do that! To be honest, that act of kindness would have almost had me sign on with him that day.
