I want to start by saying I do not get any money for my review. Hire Andes for your roof. Alex (Sales) Prior to getting on the roof, he ran a drone talking to me about the damage he saw from the air. He took 150+ arial photos he emailed right to me. Unrealized perks: The drone pictures expedited the insurance claim; I have arial footage of my property. After a hailstorm I asked a local contractor who he'd recommend for roofing. He said it would be Andes Roofing, and that is also who he uses. I contacted Andes and Joe ****** came to our home for the estimate. He was very professional, and his presentation was organized and detailed. He was able to provide exactly what we were looking for and he made several suggestions to improve both the integrity & the appearance of our roof. Andes completed new roof in a timely and professional manner they cleaned the yard and kept me informed every step of the process. My salesperson was Ethan Andes. He was so easy to work with. He didn't just come by take and quick look and leave. He really inspected the roof and covered the spots he thought might cause problems during rainy days. Out of 4 roofers, he was the only person to do that! To be honest, that act of kindness would have almost had me sign on with him that day. - Job wasn't done correctly and their measures to make it right were a laughable and no one owned up to the mistake. - Not likely to work with insurance - Timeline is a joke Sales wouldn't put effort in to work with insurance (was told 3 times, "whatever your insurance told you is what they'll pay so if we're above that we can't really tell them anything to get you more money" despite the adjuster saying he'd work with them on price differences.
