My salesperson was Ethan Andes. He was so easy to work with. He didn't just come by take and quick look and leave. He really inspected the roof and covered the spots he thought might cause problems during rainy days. Out of 4 roofers, he was the only person to do that! To be honest, that act of kindness would have almost had me sign on with him that day. This “5 Star” company came highly recommended by two dear friends. After I relayed our experience to these friends, they have vowed to cease all future recommendations. I shall list our grievances.
