We are full time RVers, had to stop here for our Max. Our dog was very sick, they took him in and tried everything, he was 19, he was old. We made the decision to put him down. They were the best when this happened so genuine, loving, concerned. It was a very hard time for us, they cared...I am leaving part of my heart here in Panama City Beach. Thank you to all there who understood and helped us❤️😢I will always remember you.

Our Rescue, Dooley, can be quite a handful due to his abusive history. The staff was very intuitive as to his needs and showed us to a private room where he could calm down. The staff was very understanding and helpful, and Dooley is already on the mend.

Very caring and polite staff. My boy had a large Dermal Mass that I couldn't seem to have anyone in town remove without going to Tallahassee. Animal Care Center took it to task and removed for me. They took very good care of my boy and i received him back in very good spirits. would like to thank the Doctors and staff that worked with Whitey and got him on the road to recovery.

We live outside of Dallas, but have a condo on Front Beach Road, in Panama City Beach. Through a long story, we ended up bringing our daughter and son-in-law’s dog, Remy, who had just given birth, with us on our week at Thanksgiving, from Dallas to PCB. Mama had given birth on Tuesday, November 17th, to five healthy pups. She & the pups did great on the 12 hour ride down and got settled in fine, on Friday, November 20th. We received a sympathy card in the mail from Animal Care Center and it touched my heart. We had to euthanize our precious little dog who had been sick awhile. So thankful they are open 24/7 so that she didn't have to suffer anymore hours. Thank you for your kindness.

Animal Care Center is amazing! They offer 24/7 emergency care, including holidays. When beloved cat Mindy took seriously ill in the middle of the night I was able to rush her to Animal Care Center. She was in terrible pain and distress. Sadly, Mindy had a blood clot that had left her paralized and she had to be euthanized. I do not know what I would have done, if I did not already have thier number in my phone!!
