My husband and I were keeping our granddog, who is from Pensacola, for a week at our second home in PCB when she got sick. It was Saturday night at 11:30 and I found this center on the web. They were more than happy to help and were very sweet and professional when we arrived. Our sweetheart had a severe case of pancreatitis. They kept her over night in doggie ICU. Our cat Link recently had a urinary blockage. It was of course on a Sunday evening. We took him to Animal Care Center, as they are the only 24 hour emergency vet service in Panama City. Dr. Carroll had to perform emergency surgery that night, at around 11:00pm. Thankfully, Link made it through the surgery and is now home and back to his old self. Biscuit was my best friend and thanks to the care given by ACC of PCB he was with me for 7 months extra with the best friend I’ve ever had! May sound corny but true!

Animal Care Center was a Godsend when our dog was hit by a car. They were swamped when we arrived but took her immediately and gave the best care. Everyone was so kind and kept us informed the entire time.
