ever since you moved over to your new location, your level of service, compassion, and treatment of your clients and their pets has gone downhill. after our experience today, waiting 25 minutes past our appointment time with absolutely no explanation, apology, or anything to let us know that they still knew we were there, guarantees we will not be back. you send us a bazillion reminders not to forget our appointment so that we are not late and yet take appointments that are after hours, while our poor dogs were sitting there... read more

Money hungry. Impatient. Rude. Disrespectful. The office manager is a Karen with a Karen haircut to go right along with the label. Don’t go to this place. They don’t care about your pets. They care about a paycheck.

I’m pretty upset with how I was treated at the clinic when I had to put my dog down. They give you three options when you put your dog down. Either you can cremate them and have them disposed of, you can cremate them and take them home, or you can just take them home. The first two options were out of our price range. So we chose to take him home. We expected to at least have a bag to put our beloved pet in for biohazard safety and so our kids and others wouldn’t have to see us carrying our dead dog, but all we were offered ... read more

Took my cat into the emergency clinic for some belly pain and a temperature, they admitted him and in less than 24 hours he was bleeding from his bottom and drooling profusely suggesting shock. It was admitted that the reactions did not start until after they started treating him. The vet continued to give the same treatment despite the reaction he was having, I went to visit him and mentioned to the vet that he looked worse, and the vet agreed that he may do better at home so I took him home.He died 2 days later from toxic ... read more

These guys are more worried about getting paid than they are about helping the clients/patients. It’s their damn job to HELP a damn animal in need of help, who could possibly have a situation worse than what anyone can know unless they get help with tests, etc…. But yet they are so damn worried about getting paid. My friends dog died 2 months ago because they refused to help her dog that was attacked by another damn dog that someone didn’t have on a leash and had flaps of skin and deep ass wounds and holes in his body. The... read more

Today my Mother, age 82 who is immunocompromised and on daily Chemo, took her elderly dog in to be seen by Dr. Christiansen. Upon arrival she asked the front desk receptionist if she was vaccinated for covid. The receptionist said yes. Another staff member beside her said she was getting hers tomorrow, while a third staff member stated, " It's none of your business if I am vaccinated". My mother then went back to see Dr. Christensen who came in with no mask. Again she asked if he were vaccinated. He said no. S... read more
