The entire experience has been terrible . When I had to put my cat down the girl at the front desk said she accidentally charged me $165 to put him down and I said I needed his ashes too and then she said oh I messed up and it’s only $330 for both , she said she’s refund me the 165 separate charge . I called today and that whole story changed . Their a freakin joke here

ever since you moved over to your new location, your level of service, compassion, and treatment of your clients and their pets has gone downhill. after our experience today, waiting 25 minutes past our appointment time with absolutely no explanation, apology, or anything to let us know that they still knew we were there, guarantees we will not be back. you send us a bazillion reminders not to forget our appointment so that we are not late and yet take appointments that are after hours, while our poor dogs were sitting there... read more
