I had scheduled a 'wellness checkup' and an ultrasound to determine if my Bichon Frisée is pregnant. I was quoted a fee for both services. Upon checking out I informed the representative that my dog did not have a wellness checkup and asked for them to perform one since I was asked to pay for one. She went to the back, came back out and advised me to return to exam room one with her. This is a a racket run by a bunch of morons
they treat 90 year old lady cruel. they give them hope and charge lots of money. knowing the dog would get no better. I would not recommend them ever
They have recently charged me for wellness check up that my dogs were not in need of and refused my refund. Watch your bill. It felt like they were trying to slip it past me. I was told “it’s just part of it.”

RecommendedMy Mia got hurt on a Sunday and they took her in with loving arms. I can not thank everyone at the animal clinic enough for all their compassion! From spending extra time explaining things, hugs when we got a little overwhelmed, and calling to check up on her, we won’t go anywhere else now!

As most pet owners, my dog is my baby. I came today after he had been bit by a rattlesnake and felt VERY uncared for. They gave me an estimate of at least $1,000 and took 20 minutes just to do that. I have never had a pet bitten by a rattlesnake so I was unaware of time frames, symptoms, etc and they completely failed to inform me on any of it and help me understand. They provided absolutely NO comfort to me or my dog the whole time we were there. The Dr was rude and so was one of the vet techs. If I bring my dog there on an... read more
