RecommendedSunday night, Nova, our STD. poodle/Husky/German Shepherd mix, injured her left rear leg while running. I took into the emergency center and they immediately started treating her. Good job of eliminating fractures or displacement, however, due to not having a MRI machine a complete diagnosis couldn’t be given. No complaints at all about what they did, however, I feel an emergency center should have an MRI, even though I’m quite aware of their costs.

RecommendedThey took Tiny in right away. She was having trouble breathing and put her on oxygen right away. Had to make a decision and they let me take my time on making that. They understood my feelings and gave me time to be with her. I want to say a special Thank you to the doctor and his staff.

RecommendedThis past Sunday night I visited the clinic with my newly adopted dog that had a mass on his hind leg that was rapidly growing. I was greeted nicely by the friendly staff at the front counter and informed that the doctor would not be available for a while due to being in an emergency surgery. RecommendedThe doctors, techs, and staff are wonderful, friendly, and caring. They treated my dog, Millie, with so much love and made me feel like part of the family. They provided excellent care and kept me informed about Millie during her stay. The facility is clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to take my pets there again.
RecommendedKind, patient, compassionate and informative from the staff to the doctors we appreciate them all during our hardest moments. They fought the good fight with us to give our Roxi the chance. She gave it her all fou a couple of days sadly in the end we had to say goodbye but the staff we so kind to us and her we were able to let her go gently and with a sweet treat. They never once made us feel like we were a burden or like we were being rushed. You all have a special place in our hearts for giving this time with her.

RecommendedThe team her are considerate, compassionate and caring. We recently had an emergency with our mini Dotson at 3am. They got us in & with so much loved helped her cross the rainbow bridge. With our emotions everywhere they provided a hug and showed much empathy & respect. Afterwards our girl came home in a weeks time with the most beautiful cremation package. Thank you for everything!

RecommendedThe staff there is absolutely wonderful. They took care of Shorty like he was their own baby. I sincerely hope that I have no more emergency visits for Shorty, but I would definitely drive from Belton to temple to be able to see the staff again. Would definitely recommend animal emergency center of temple.

RecommendedI took my sweet Big Guy to the Animal Emergency Center in Temple on a Sunday afternoon. He was lethargic and not eating well or drinking enough. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the technician to the doctor, were all wonderful! They were caring, efficient, and through in both exam and explanation to me. On Monday morning, I received a follow-up call from the doctor to check on how my kitty is doing.
