RecommendedThe staff there is absolutely wonderful. They took care of Shorty like he was their own baby. I sincerely hope that I have no more emergency visits for Shorty, but I would definitely drive from Belton to temple to be able to see the staff again. Would definitely recommend animal emergency center of temple.
I took my sweet Big Guy to the Animal Emergency Center in Temple on a Sunday afternoon. He was lethargic and not eating well or drinking enough. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the technician to the doctor, were all wonderful! They were caring, efficient, and through in both exam and explanation to me. On Monday morning, I received a follow-up call from the doctor to check on how my kitty is doing. Great staff and the vet was very thorough with the exam and explained everything well.
I've only been there once, but they were extremely kind and compassionate. My sweet boy was hit by a car, and was hurt too bad to be saved. The doctor was very kind and explained things, and gave me plenty of time to make a decision, and then say goodbye to my best friend!! Made a horrible situation a little easier...if that's possible! Thank all of you for your kindness during a most difficult time!!
I have unfortunately had five occasions in the past two years where I had to utilize AEC’s services. On two of those occasions, we had to say goodbye to fur babies. The staff at AEC is so kind, caring, and compassionate. Every time, I felt like we were the only people there (and we never were). No one rushed us, time was spent by both the doctors and the support staff to ensure that any questions we had were answered and that we were comfortable with every decision. The staff was amazing. They were compassionate, kind and patient with my Black Lab. Sara. They explained my options and were supportive of my decisions. I would recommend them for anyone who needs care for their loved pets.
Great experience. My dog I thought had swallowed a little piece of glass. They said to bring him on in we got there. We got him all treated every step along the way they would stopping and give me an estimate of what any extra service was gonna cost. They explained the basic exam cost while I was on the phone with them before I ever came, which is a nice option for many people. Definitely, I would go again when my primary vet wasn’t open.
