RecommendedWe rushed our dog in last minute. They provided the best care. Although we had to wait, which is understandable as there were other patient’s with more pertinent emergencies, they were still so kind, patient, understanding, and accommodating. They continually checked in on us, while tending to other animals. They also loved on both of our animals, despite only one of them being seen. They kept thanking us for our patience. RecommendedThe day before the 4th was busy and it was a long wait, however all the vet techs and Dr. Twinning were wonderful. They took the time to explain things to you and were so kind. Dr. Twinning made me aware of the complications of my dog's problem and worked with me to make sure I had the proper medication. The vet tech (I did not get his name) was personable and gentle to my dog and all the other animals that were waiting to be seen. I was impressed by the care we all got.

RecommendedSunday night, Nova, our STD. poodle/Husky/German Shepherd mix, injured her left rear leg while running. I took into the emergency center and they immediately started treating her. Good job of eliminating fractures or displacement, however, due to not having a MRI machine a complete diagnosis couldn’t be given. No complaints at all about what they did, however, I feel an emergency center should have an MRI, even though I’m quite aware of their costs.

RecommendedThey took Tiny in right away. She was having trouble breathing and put her on oxygen right away. Had to make a decision and they let me take my time on making that. They understood my feelings and gave me time to be with her. I want to say a special Thank you to the doctor and his staff.

RecommendedThis past Sunday night I visited the clinic with my newly adopted dog that had a mass on his hind leg that was rapidly growing. I was greeted nicely by the friendly staff at the front counter and informed that the doctor would not be available for a while due to being in an emergency surgery. I was allowed to return home and they called me when the doctor became available. I was treated in a very kind and compassionate way as well as very impressed by Dr. Kingstad. RecommendedThe doctors, techs, and staff are wonderful, friendly, and caring. They treated my dog, Millie, with so much love and made me feel like part of the family. They provided excellent care and kept me informed about Millie during her stay. The facility is clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to take my pets there again.
