It was so unfortunate that we had to bring our pup Ryder in but I couldn’t recommend this hospital enough! They were so helpful and caring for our sweet boy who was only a year and a half old. They called us to give us updates and also dealt with me calling daily for updates on our boy. They did everything they could for Ryder and he was able to come home to spend his lay days with us. My cat was very sick with an upper respiratory virus. Everyone at the hospital were wonderful. They took great care of her and she is now fine. They kept me advised of her status every time I called and could not be nicer or more helpful. I felt like they really liked Punkin and went out of their way to help her. I really cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the whole situation.

The vets there are awesome and probably short handed . We had our old girl to be seen before put to sleep and we had to wait according to front desk. She had cardiac issues etc in January and was there and end of life stage in July. When the vet did see her this time her gums were white, they almost lost her examining her. We had waited at least a half hour at that time.She should have been seen immediately , sadly. The girls at the front desk I assume determine how bad a situation is, triage patients. We received caring, efficient, & expert care for our dog Missy who had to have surgery. The doctor’s & staff are excellent in every way.
We were getting ready for a week of sailing when our dog Milo got sick (bladder stones). Animal Emergency Hospital took our girl in and did emergency surgery. It was so comforting to know someone was there at all times and made sure she was well cared for. We are home now and recovering thanks to their care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You saved have our girl❣️
