This was penny's last ride and the staff at bel air emergency hospital were very sensitive to how hard this is for families to have to make this choice! I have used the in the past for this same decision and each time they were very caring! I have used for medical treatment also and they take the time to make sure you understand everything that is going on with your pet so that you can make an informed decision...they realize this is your family! Penny was able to leave us gracefully and peacefully!
5 stars. I Took my 13 year old dog here who was very sick and they were the kindest people I’ve ever worked with. Extremely thoughtful and caring people. I ended up having to have her euthanized which was absolutely Heartbreaking for me i was devastated and they made everything so much easier for me. Im so thankful I went here they even sent me a card to my house♥️

They help relieve some of the stress during a period when you just want your pet to feel better. I was able to wait at home holding my pet instead of sitting in a crowded waiting room. My pet couldn't be saved. I was grateful I hadn't spent his last hours at the vet waiting room but at home comforting him.
Staff and doctors acted quickly when I brought my dog in after she had been attacked. She was very shocky and in very bad shape. The were excellent about updating me on her condition throughout her stay. She's home and recovering nicely.
