RecommendedThe young doctors that treated my Flat Coat Ollie are very knowledgeable and sincere. Ollie and my other FCR are too often sick with vomitting and or diarhea or blockage. I believe it is because they eat all kinds of unedible junk when I do not notice. Although at a high cost, the staff checked into all possibilities. Upon discharge they recommended having him further tested for Addison's disease - somewhat rare. My vet says almost never do vets think of checking for it. We can not thank this place enough for all the love and care they gave our Benny boy. It was such a scary time for us especially with me 8 months pregnant, I can’t thank them enough for dealing with my thousand calls every day checking on my boy while he was there for over nights. My 8 1/2 yr old baby, Rocky passed suddenly at our home. From the moment we got to the Animal Emergency Hospital they showed nothing but love and compassion for Rocky, my daughter and I. Saying goodbye to a pet is the hardest thing we have to do and it was extremely hard on my daughter as he was her first dog. Thank you for the compassion you showed us during this difficult time.

Staff/dr was real and didn’t fabricate. Sadly we ended after 24 hours with losing my beloved beagle per my choice. I knew. CArmen is amaZING and comforting… thank you all for trying and the honesty instead of false hope from DR JONES. The loss of our beloved little dog has been so traumatic, it has taken me this long to draft and send this review. On July 28, 2021, our little Mongo-Mac was taken to the Bel Air Animal Emergency Hospital for complications associated with diabetes. The next day, Mongo-Mac was allowed to pass away peacefully in my lap.
