I can’t say enough about this place. The whole entire staff are kind and compassionate. My dog had a severe leg injury sustained from being hit by a car which resulted in my dog running away. We found her 6 days later with this awful leg injury among other things. She was not doing well at all. They stabilized her, talked with us about her visual injuries and told us they would assess her internal and get back with us. They did and answered all our questions. They are wonderful!!!! Everyone is so caring of both animals and their owners. We were lucky that Gus is ok. All of the employees we met were friendly, we hardly waited and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend them.
I must say our dog Gizmo was in her final hours and we took her to the Bel Air Emergency Vet and it was determined to let her pass. I don’t have enough kind words to praise the staff that comforted us through this process. Everyone was so nice and informative and made this very sad evening more bearable. Hats off to the entire staff to this incredible place. Thank you and highly recommended!

From the front desk to the Dr's, everyone was so kind and kept us updated with her treatment and guided us in the right direction for her surgery. I can't thank this place enough. From the front desk, to the techs, and all the doctors... THANK YOU! My dachsund puppy had surgery and needed extra care and he was treated so good here. Everyone was kind and compassionate and had so much patience with all my questions. Every time I called or visited for updates I was treated so kindly. He stayed a few nights after foreign body surgery and they took such good care of him. The doctor and staff at Animal Emergency Hospital took such great care of our baby boy. The doctor and staff listened to our questions and concerns, and involved us in every step of the way during his diagnosis and treatment. I hope that we never have another pet emergency, but if we do, I know the best place to take them in the Baltimore/Harford Co. area is to Animal Emergency Hospital.
