The first surgery was in January 2021 for a gastric obstruction due to eating a toy. The second, today, was to repair a very deep laceration in her leg. Since she was stable, we were able to wait at home and received a text when it was time to go to the clinic. We did wait 3 hours but that was half the wait at other ER clinics today. Thanks so much for the care of Luna...1 a.m. Monday night. Only wish you had a clinic on the West side of Hood Canal!
They took great care of our cat. As it turned out it was not a serious medical event. They showed that they care and love animals.
My furry family always goes to AETC when it's an emergency situation. The staff keeps you informed, always call you back and and most of all, THEY LISTEN TO YOU. Doctors and staff are very compassionate and caring of their patients and their "guardians". I am so grateful they are there.
We took our new dog Coco in this afternoon. She was relinquished to our dog rescue today. The staff and Dr are all very professional and extremely sweet.
They got us in with a bleeding cat, when no one else in the county could. Diagnosed correctly, repaired his wound, tested for several other things as well. Price was exactly as expected. Friendly, courteous, and professional.
We’ve had to go twice. April 2020 (spleen issue) and May 2021 (blade of grass stuck behind his soft pallet). Both times the doctors and team have been caring and helpful with each situation. Thank you for all you do, especially at 3:00 a.m. All is well in our world again and Roscoe lost a pound in the year! Here’s to two more pounds... 🐾💕🐾
Our vet couldn’t get us in for over a week and we knew our 20 1/2 year old cat was in declining health and we wanted to see if she needed any treatment that would help. They welcomed us in quickly and started fluids on her right away. They kept her for 24 hours to see if there was anything they could do to help her. In the end, we agreed with the doctor‘s recommendation to bring her home to where she would be happy for whatever time she had left. They are honest and sincerely caring and helpful. Couldn’t recommend them highe... read more
We live in Shelton and had an emergency with our 15-year-old Chihuahua. Our Chihuahua collapse and breathing was very labored. I called all around Thurston county Mason County and towards gig Harbor areas to see if there was an emergency vet that could take in our dog. Everyone was at capacity. And then cold and they were able to get me in within a very reasonably amount of time provided great service and the cost was also user-friendly. I highly recommend the hour drive from Shelton to Poulsbo for any vet emergency needs.
