Today was a scary day. Sugar woke me up at 3am. She was disoriented and in pain. Her body temperature was cold. Her color was off...pale. Her veterinarian opened at 7am. I was in the parking lot when they opened. After several xrays & an ultrasound Dr Jensen determined Sugar needed a splenectomy. Thanks to @carecredit I was able to make the decision to operate. Thank you thank you thank you!!! We brought Raven in Friday with a spinal injury. He was barely moving and crying in pain. The staff worked fast and prescribed medications for his pain. Although we saw some improvement, Raven developed an UTI and was back Monday. Again, everyone jumped into action working to make him comfortable. Here we are, one day later, and he is walking, eating, and almost back to the way he was! It's not easy to find an animal hospital that will care for exotics. I'm so glad that I found them. The doctor and staff are outstanding. The always communicate with you quickly and with compassion. I can't recommend them enough!

My experience was hands down the best vet experience I've had. I will definitely be choosing this location for any needs of my three dogs from here on out. I was expecting crazy high prices because of it being on Towne Lake and being an animal hospital but it was affordable. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond, the Dr called and checked on my puppy the next morning which really shocked me.
