Dr. Malpica saw us recently about our sick kitten. He was so patient, as he had to explain things at least twice, once over the phone with us and once there with my niece and her friend. It turned out that Peanut was much more sick than we had thought, and Dr. Malpica explained the details to us in a way that we could understand. He was compassionate with us when we cried and gave my niece all of the time that she needed to talk things over. I had to let my sweet Pearl go over the rainbow bridge in the early hours of the morning. Dr. Rivera was amazingly kind to my precious baby and to me. She made a difficult, painful situation more bearable, and I thank her so much.

About 2 weeks ago we had to bring my dog Sam, to your hospital to be put to sleep. He had been sick for a few days and was just getting worse. He was 14 and my little Buddy. I can’t remember the names of the folks who helped us. But I can’t thank you all enough for your excellent treatment and compassion! It made the biggest difference in the world to my husband and me! Been with them since they opened. They have helped us with all of our dog needs; saying goodbye to them and giving us a comforting experience each time, helping make appointments late at night since their new hours. I have taken my dogs here for 5 years. They are simply the most caring and loving vet I have ever been to. They saved my girl Babi and I got 2 more years with her to the ripe old age of 15. Rose and Duke had 6 beautiful puppies and my old guy Ducati who is scared of everything treated him like a king. I am so thankful for them.

Can not say enough great about the staff and Dr. Rivers. Last night our beloved pet and friend Jack was in distress. When we arrived they immediately took Jack back to the exam room before completing any paperwork! Tragically nothing could be done, our loving cat Jack had suffered heart failure.
