We have been taking our dog Dixie to the Animal Hospital of Towne Lake for over 8 years. She has been boarded there more times than I can count. The entire staff has always been very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Not only have they taken excellent care of her, but they have loved on her like she was family. Dixie was diagnosed with cancer and passed away this week. Cheerful staff. Amy, the vet tech, was so nice, professional, informative, helpful.... FANTASTIC!!! Dr Faye was excellent and knowledgeable. Both listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Having weeken hours was AWESOME!!! No scary ER office or high, over inflated bill. I would HIGHLY recommend this Veterinary Office. And my Bonnie 💕 loved them too!!!!
My dog was hurt and had something wrong in her paw, I had limited funds and the amazing team worked with me and by budget to make sure my cocoa was taken care of and would still be getting good treatment.
Very nice building and staff. Staff was all super respectful of our feelings as we had to say goodbye to our beloved guinea pig. Will be coming back with our other animals. They have three doctors that see exotics so that's a huge bonus.
They were very nice, and called the next day to check on my baby. I would definitely recommend them an go back. Price was not bad for a emergency appointment.
My dog had her annual exam this past Saturday. It was her very first appointment with this office. I was so impressed with both the Doctor as well as the vet technician. Both were knowledgeable, informative, and kind. The vet technician did an excellent job distracting my pup during her shots and the Veterinarian performed a thorough examination. I was so grateful they were patient with my dog as she was so nervous.
After my first visit today, it’s safe to say I will never go anywhere else!! I have been having trouble with one of my cats, Gilbert, and I have recently had terrible experiences at another vet. I was referred here and can see why each review I’ve read was glowing with admiration for everyone here! They were so kind and patient and really listened to me about each concern I had. The caring staff of the Animal Hospital of Townlake saved Nalas life. They saw her when we were turned away from other practices. I’m disabled and have had 3 brain surgeries. I could not find anyone that would set up a payment plan with me. For 2 nights I watched her suffer. She was dying. She got into a bag of uncooked white rice. For 2 days her bm were blood and rice.
