the staff has been nothing short of AMAZING. My dog, Tootsie, had surgery this past week and she is already in full recovery. Even when I made those obnoxious, concerned, worried calls, I had nothing but immediate and professional responses. I am forever grateful for the wonderful Doctors, Vet Techs and office staff that helped my Fur Child and I through everything.
Such kind hearted people! We were displaced from Hurricane Michael in Florida and thought we might have to have our pup put down. But their kindness allowed us to keep our girl in good health. We are forever GRATEFUL! Wish you were in Panama City so we could be customers for life!
I couldnt believe how kind they were to my little italian greyhound that was boarded while i took care of my brother in California after difficult surgery. She was extremely nervous and had difficulties but the staff and veterinarian made sure she had the proper loving and meds to help her out! Thank you from me, Bailey and especially itty bitty Mia!

I called about my dog having spells of difficulty breathing, and they worked me in right away, even though none of my animals are patients there. I’d spent $500 over two visits at my regular vet trying to get a diagnosis. Everyone at Animal Hospital of Town Lake was wonderful, they really took their time explaining everything to me, and gave me some new possible diagnoses, and also asked how his joints are, and if he has any mobility problems (he’s almost 14).
