The friendliest staff ever!! My pet literally jump out of my hands to go with her care givers! If they notice anything on her while she is day boarding they make sure I know about it at the end of the day. Every single employee welcome her with enthusiasm and excitement and I can tell she loves to go. Her groomer, Harmony, is a professional that is ALWAYS booked (so I have to book her 6 months in advance!) but it's worth it! She is phenomenal! We are new to living in the south. One dog needed surgery last week. Everyone... EVERYONE had been so helpful and thorough. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Monroe, Dr. Finney, Dr. Jantzen and Dr. Brandon Tindall (sp?) have all been wonderful to my two beloved companions Edgar and Sammie.
I want to say Thank You all for staying late tonight, my dog shadow aka pooper had surgery two weeks prior. He did not like his cone. He was going to be getting his stitches out tomorrow. Instead Ramjack our new name for him, has done everything he could to damage his cone. From running it into walls. to running it onto the back of us. We are redoing the straps all the time.
